If you forget your PIN or enter it incorrectly too many times you may be blocked from using it. To get it back up and running, you'll need a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK).

How do I buy insurance?
You can buy insurance by visiting any Carphone Warehouse store, or calling 0800 587 4875 (8am-9pm Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday, 11am-5pm Sunday). You have 14 days to sign up for insurance starting on the day you buy or upgrade.
