You can receive documents as email attachments, view or work on them with Quickoffice software and the PDF viewer, then email your comments and corrections back to colleagues. Your free Ovi account can be used to keep online digital backups of files, and you can transfer files directly from your handset to a computer by connecting a cable to the miniUSB port. Secure any sensitive or important files by encrypting the data stored in your phone memory or microSD card. Get online fast via 3G or WiFi, where a hotspot's available.
