Nokia 6303 Classic

The Nokia 6303 is a slim, compact mobile that fits in the palm of your hand but doesn't scrimp on features.

Part of Nokia's Classic range, the 6303 bridges the gap between affordable pay-as-you-go handsets and high-specification pay monthly mobiles.

Onboard is a 3 Megapixel camera with auto focus and powerful Dual LED flash for night shots. There's also an 8x zoom and automatic scene modes for capturing picture perfects, and a video recorder for shooting mini movies.

It may not have as many pixels as some more expensive mobiles, but your photos will be perfect for sharing on Facebook, uploading to a digital frame or printing out for the family album.

You'll love the 6303's 3.5mm audio jack, which means you can plug in your own headphones instead of relying on bundled ones while its microSD card slot is compatible with memory cards up to 4GB. You'll be able to store up to 4000 pictures or around 1000 songs on one of those.

There is no 3G but the 6303 has a fast web connection through EDGE - something that BlackBerry owners have been happily using for years. If your tariff doesn't include an internet bundle you can add an *unlimited data plan to your basket at checkout and browse websites, send or receive emails at will. Plans start at just £5 a month. **

The Opera web browser is pre-installed and very user-friendly, while the 6303's Windows Live Messenger and Flickr applications make it easy to share conversations and pictures.
