- Everything else is delivered by Royal Mail first class post

YODEL deliveries to some areas might take longer:
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland take up to two working days longer.
- Deliveries to Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) take 2-3 working days longer.
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands take 1-2 working days. Orders can take longer to arrive if an item is held up at customs.
Receiving YODEL deliveries
- Someone needs to be in to receive orders delivered by YODEL.
- In most locations, deliveries will arrive between 7.30am and 9pm.
- If you're not in when they call, YODEL will leave a card telling you how to arrange a re-delivery or collect from their depot.

Reserve & Collect
Our Reserve & Collect service is a simple way of setting aside products in your preferred store for collection later that day. The service is free and items can be paid for and picked up within one hour of placing your order.
How will I know my item has definitely been reserved?
- Once you've entered your information, you'll be taken to your order details page, this is confirmation that your reservation has been made.
- We'll also send you the same confirmation via email and text message.
- Remember to make a note of your Reserve & Collect number as you'll need to take it into store with you.
How do I collect my items?
- It's easy! Come into store one hour after receiving your confirmation email with your Reserve & Collect number.
- Pay for your item as normal.
Can I collect any time of day?
- Please wait one hour after reserving your item before going to collect it. This allows time for our systems to process your reservation. You can then pop in during opening hours to pay for and collect your item.
How long do you keep items reserved for?
- Your item will stay reserved until the end of the next day.
